Great Product!
The Siege Enameled Cast-Iron Cleaner easily removed the dark stains on my lovely cookware. I loved the fact that this product is made in the USA!

Sorry I bought 2
I loaned my 5 quart Dutch oven to a friend who burned the interior badly. I tried everything to get out the "burn stain" but nothing worked so I was excited to see this product in Chef's. The reviews were good, so I bought 2. The product absolutely does not work.

Elbow Grease!
Great product, but process needs to be repeated a few times in order to restore surface to "clean." Also, directions forgot to say - put some elbow grease into it! Would recommend with reservations.

Does just what it says it will do
I already love the cookware becaue it cleans so easily, but occasionally there is a small 'burn' or stain on the bottom and this stuff takes care of it quickly. I'd also had the inside of a pan stain from soaking and cooking black beans, and again, just a quick swipe and rinse with this, and all was good again. My question is, can it be used on the stoneware? I baked in one of the dishes last night and it took nothing short of a jackhammer to get rid of some baked on splatters.

Not the results I expected
Some of my Le Creuset is over fifty years old, some is the newer type. I have some pieces with white interiors, some with cream and some with grey. This product doesn't seem to do anything for the white or cream. It did shine the grey (which are the older pieces, and the least likely to have issues in the first place.)

great product for enameled cast iron
I've read the other reviews for this product, and I don't know what the fuss is all about. If you burn up your pot and there is a half-inch of charcoal in the pan, you're out of luck. However, for anything less, this cleaner works better than anything else out there I have used. It returns my pots to their like new status, without scratching or marring the surface. Just use as directed. Easily removes grime, marks from metal spoons, etc.
Quick, and simple to use. THey recommend to use gloves, and I'd agree. Overall, it does what it's supposed to do, and you can't expect any product to remove deeply burned in food residue, but these pan's shouldn't be used for high heat under any circumstances anyway.
