This really does extend the life of herbs considerably. How nice to get all the way through a bunch of cilantro without throwing half of it away! One note: the instructions tell you to not refrigerate thin leafed herbs like cilantro and flat parsley, and to just leave the herbs in water on the counter. I found that this way did not work to extend freshness. I would advise placing the container in the fridge no matter what herbs you place in there, and you will get great results.. Learn More
