Use and Care
Allow skillet to cool down completely before cleaning. Be sure to clean the Gourmet Sizzler after each use.
The detachable cooking plate, lid, body guard and spatula are all dishwasher-safe. To wash by hand, use a sponge or soft cloth moistened in a dish detergent solution. Wipe dry.
Wipe the heat protection plate with a damp cloth and wipe dry.
Do not wash the heater unit or temperature controller. Wipe the temperature controller receptacle with a soft, dry cloth.
Do not use acidic detergents, polishing powder or scrubbing pads on any part of the skillet.
