Excellent performance Handles have good shape to grip making it easy to shake food to toss. Flat bottom is nice for stability and pan is a good weight, not too heavy for tossing food but heavy enough to be substantial. Also like the even heat distribution of the steel September 13, 2012

Useful purchase Very glad that I made this purchase. Trying to lose weight and eat healthy. The kids love chinese food and this is the perfect tool to use in the kitchen to accomplish that goal. I have been making boneless, skinless chicken breasts and a host of vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce. The kids eat it up and there are only a couple of pieces of chicken left for the golden retriever who is also on a diet. The wok is spacious enough to handle all the food and cooks evenly. Love the Wok This is a great wok to use on a gas range. Love the flat bottom and extra handle. It's a fantastic value for the money; I've seen other woks at the department store for 4 times the price. I expect to get many years of healthy meals from this wonderful wok. August 31, 2010

old fashioned wok This wok is a replacement for one with non-stick coating that is long gone. It requires seasoning that does take some time, but works very well. It does not come with a cover, though. May 11, 2013

Love this wok! I started using this wok as soon as I got it. I seasoned it first following the instructions and it's already developing the deep patina I was hoping for. The long wooden handle on one side is very helpful when cooking at such high temperatures. A real kitchen workhorse! April 22, 2013
