A watched pot does boil!
While in Scotland, most hotel rooms had small pots for heating water and making tea. Upon my return to the US - we ordered this pot. Amazing, water comes to a boil seemingly right after hitting the on-button. It's large capacity means I can use a French Press and make several cups of tea at once. It has easy care and quckly reheats water as well. Fantastic for a tea or coffee lover.

Very pleased with the kettle. It looks nice on the counter, and boils water very rapidly. I also use it to boil water to cook vegetables, much faster than a saucepan. It's also fun to watch it boil!

Very nice item
Very nice capacity and heats water VERY fast. Minimum amount you can heat is 0.5 liters, which is perfect for 2 cups of tea. If I am only using the minimum, it took 3 minutes to go from the refrigerator, (filtered water), to a full rolling boil. The lid opening is big enough that I CAN get my hand inside to wash it thoroughly, which many other ones I looked at, (and even purchased), did not allow. Many other pots are cheaper, but I wanted one that did not have any plastic in contact with the heating water, and this fills the bill perfectly.

great purchase
I bought this kettle for my husband for Christmas since he is an avid tea drinker. This kettle heats water very fast and having the auto shut off feature is great. The glass style is very nice and can be left on the counter. I am thinking of getting one for my sister since we visit her often we can use it when we are there.

WOW!!!
I love the glass body! It is so fun to watch it boil, which it does very quickly. the tea kettle has not gotten water spotted yet, and there are no "off" odors, like my last metal one. I am thrilled with this one!

Really Nice Kettle
Out of the box and at first look the Kettle has a clean and classic styling. It appears to be made well and it is easy to clean. The cord is generous length but the base of the unit has a cord storage system so that you only expose as much cord as you need, avoiding dangling cords. The unit heats a full pot of water to boiling in about eight minutes and then shuts itself off to avoid over boiling and running dry. It also has a strainer in the pouring spout to catch sediment if this is a problem in your area. The strainer is easily removable if it is not needed.
I highly recommend this Kettle.

Great kitchen asset
This kettle is fast and it cleans easily.
We have very hard water here - even when it is filtered. Just a little white vinegar added to a kettle of water will make it look like brand new again. It sparkles all the time.
My daughter loved mine so much, she asked me to buy her one for a birthday gift.

Best kettle in the world
I have two of these kettles and I have given many more to friends as gifts - all who whom are so thrilled with them and we all agree that it is the best kettle we have ever had.
It boils very fast, one can see through the glass whether it is in need of cleaning, the pouring spout is fabulous, never any spills at all.
I recommend this kettle to everyone - it should be in every home to make one's life easier and make boiling water fast and pleasurable.
