Bubble buster!
I'm loving this roller. Easy to use, easy to clean and my pizza and pie crusts now come out more evenly browned and flat, rather than like puffed pita breads! I postponed ordering it because I thought it superfluous, but it is a tool I actually use on a regular basis.

Best pizza crust ever!
I always just used a fork over the dough, but found myself opening the oven to puncture the air pockets when precooking the crust. No more! Now the crust has perfectly spaced holes that look professional and the air pockets are no longer a factor. The final product is a wonderful pizza with a light, crispy crust.

Makes a difference
I have been making pizza crusts at home for years, and have recently tried to perfect thin crusts. I have used a fork and a meat tenderizer to poke holes in the dough before it goes in the oven, but saw a dough docker in use at a pizzeria and decided to try it. This sturdy plastic, easily washable model from Chef's worked great, and REALLY made a difference in my crust. It was uniformly thin and crispy and was the best crust I have ever made. Simple tool really works.

Arrived Broken
It came with a tooth missing. They are shipping me another one. The teeth seem very sturdy, so I don't know why there was one broken off and lose in the bag. I'm sure that the new one will work well.

This works much better than poking pizza dough with a fork, and the dough doesn't bubble. Makes a great thin crust pizza...
