This one will last many years!
This Boos Cutting Board is a beautifully built piece of kitchen equipment that will last many years.
I am a big fan of hard maple, it is an incredibly dense and heavy wood that is perfectly suited for top notch cutting boards. It does not slide around while cutting or pounding.
Only suggestion is they should include the dressing oil with the board.
Make sure you order the oil when you order.

Perfect size cutting board.
Its the perfect size to keep on my Island counter -top.Not only is it very useful but it looks great & I have the larger sized board for 15 years, so I'm familiar with the John Boos quality.

My Favorite Christmas Present
We love to cook in our family, and when I received this as a gift from my husband, I immediately put it to use. The size is ample enough for any normal kitchen job, and the surface is perfect for cutting and chopping. Treating this wood brings out the beauty and quality of it. It is an indispensible part of the kitchen, and well worth the price.
My only question is "How did I get along without it all these years? ! "

Huge Cutting board
Fantastic purchase. it is large and very heavy; if weight is a challenge for you. I love it. Excellent working area for large jobs. I leave it on my granite counter top so it is always ready for work.

We already have one and bought another one for our son. Looks great, doesn't dull the knives, wonderful addition to the kitchen.

Love this Board
After thinking about purchasing this board for several months, because of the price, I decided to order it and I'm glad I did. I love it. My knives seem to stay sharper than cutting on a plastic board. I keep it on the counter for everyone to see.
