Use and Care
• When not in use and before cleaning, unplug buffet server from outlet.
• Before initial use and after each subsequent use, wash removable parts in warm, sudsy water, rinse and dry.
• The clear rolltop lids are hand washable.
• Simply wipe warming tray bases clean with a mild detergent and a soft, moist cloth.
• Never use any scouring agents or abrasive cleaning pads or metal scouring pads.
• Do not immerse the warming trays or let the heat controls come in contact with water or other liquid.
• Remove any food residue that remains on the warming surfaces after use. Remove residue by gently scrubbing with a fine cleansing pad such as nylon mesh or with an ordinary cleansing pad. Rinse and wipe dry.
• To polish, use an nonabrasive glass cleaner.
• Do not allow water to spill or seep into frame.
