Great Pie Book
There's lots of different pie recipes to choose from, including berry, cereal, cream/custard, fruit and meringue. The directions are really easy to follow. The stories that accompany the recipes are a nice touch.
The recipes are clear and easy to follow. And for the most part, the ingredients needed to make the pies are simple items that will probably already be in your kitchen.
I purchased this mainly for a few recipes (mainly apple and sweet potato), but I may try some of the other recipes like coconut pumpkin or peanut butter (dunno if I'll try the navy bean or white potato pies). So far, I'm not disappointed with the pies I have tried.
