Each disposable 3-ply bag contains your choice of alder or hickory wood chip flavoring, sealed between the bottom two layers of foil and held in place by natural wood syrups. Care and Use
• Cooking times vary from 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on ingredients placed into bag.
• Do NOT place in microwave oven.
• Bags become very hot during cooking. Use tongs and oven gloves or mitts to maneuver.
• Bags rise by 15-20 cm during smoking to ensure even cooking.
• When opening, avoid the steam from the bags and sharp edges from the foil packaging.
• Bag is intended for one-time use only.
