Care and Use
• Pre-heat the grill for three minutes on HIGH.
• Sear the food for 2 to 3 minutes per side on high to lock in moisture.
• Finish the food on a lower heat setting, turning every 2 to 3 minutes.
• Let the food stand for a few minutes after removing it from the grill but before slicing. The food continues to cook during this time.
• Use a stainless-steel or brass bristled brush to clean cooking grids.
