Great little pan
This is a great addition to anyone's Le Crueset cookware collection. Perfect to saute mushrooms or onions to go with steak. Also, easy for an egg or two so a huge pan does not need to be dirtied.

Solid quality
I purchased this to replace a similar small Le Cruset fry pan I used for over 35 years, that mysteriously "went missing." This is even better than my old one. Solid quality, even heating, will tolerate high temp for searing and broiling. The pan is heavy for its size (fine with me). As usual, the colors are vibrant. It is hard to find a small fry pan that is well made. I hope to get another 35 years of constant use from this one.

Fantastic
The frying pan is used for single meals. It is perfect for cooking one egg, one French toast, one chicken breast, one lamb chop, one pork chop, etc. A big pan is not necessary, it is the perfect size for one person.

great little fry pan
i love this pan! it's great for a variety of uses. this pan is the perfect size for making a breakfast wrap for one. i made a breakfast wrap containing scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms, and sautéed chopped onion. it was easy using this 6 1/3 inch fry pan. next i'll use it to broil a fish fillet, heating it first in the oven before putting in the fish, then placing the pan under the oven broiler. at first i thought this pan might be too small, but now i realize than many of my previous pans were too big.

Perfect For Dieters
This skillet is the BEST SIZE for anyone determined to control portion sizes. You can cook a single egg, a hamburger patty, piece of chicken, sauté vegetablesâthe list goes on and on. While this skillet might look too small to some folks, it is actually the right size for people (like me) struggling to determine the correct portion of various foods. Just stay within the boundaries of the skillet and there's no more guesswork. I love it! Thank you, Le Creuset.
