"I have had the 7 cup Cuisinart processor for years and used it often. There were alot of things I wanted to make, but the bowl size was too small. I asked for this 11 cup model for Christmas and have been so pleased! I make bread, pizza dough and pasta that turns out perfectly. It is terrific for making biscuits and scones without over mixing. I couldn't be more pleased with this processor."

"This model of food processor is more than powerful enough for 'normal people' use - it is great! The DVD enclosed is worth its weight in gold, it thoroughly explains assembly, dishwasher cleanup and Chef Bill is fantastic, not only the first-hand visual of this processor in operation, the recipes he creates will definitely make an appearance at our home!"

"The new Cuisinart replaces a wedding gift which we received 29 years ago. The old machine was great, this one has new features which we like even better like the large feed tube. It is such an attractive piece of equipment
