Nice
Love this pan. I've already baked an angel food cake that turned out beautiful. Next I'll try a pound cake and I'm sure it will turn out great too. I like the feet and the weight of this.

Good, even-cooking pan.
Replaced decades old aluminum relic with the Chicago Metallic pan. Rugged, well-constructed, and easy to clean. Cooks evenly and quickly.

Love Love Love this Pan!
Definitely a heavy duty professional pan! Makes a great Angel Food Cake with nice browning on the sides. Love the legs, no more inverting on a botte, the old fashioned way. Love the clean up too! Can't wait to try pound cake, carrot cake, mmmm! Love this pan! My only suggestion would be, when you have to scrap the sides to remove cake from pan, use a plastic utensil as not to possibly scratch this wonderful pan!

Love this pan
I have used other, less expensive angel food pans with different levels of success. Just purchased this pan a week ago and I love it. I thought it was a bit pricey but after my first use discovered it is well worth the money.

Very disappointed
First time in my many years of baking that I had a burnt angel food cake. It took a long soaking and elbow grease to get the burnt coating off the pan [both bottom and sides]. I checked my oven and it is not overheating. Perhaps with this heavier pan it should not be placed on the bottom rack of the oven which is the usual practice . I'm going to try again with a lower oven temp and the rack placed higher. Hope this solves the problem

Nonstick really means nonstick...so easy to clean after making sticky gooey monkey bread. "Feet" feature, easy to turn upside down and let air circulate around angel food cake, without balancing as in old pan.

I bought my Angel Food Cake Pan over a year ago and absolutely love it. A lady I work with ask me for a cake recipe that requires an Angle Food Cake Pan for it to be cooked in. So for Christmas I gave her the top of the line of Angle Food Cake Pans to bake my cake recipe in. If you are going to order an Angle Food Cake Pan you really should order the top of the line. Your cakes come out easily every time. Making cleaning a snap as well. I know my co worker will love hers as much as I love mine.THANKS CHEFS
