Love, love, love!
Fantastic machine - had another brand but the pizzelles were smaller and too thick, didn't like it at all. This one makes larger, thinner, crisper ones and that's what I wanted. Very happy.

Favorite Dessert Maker
I love making pizzelle's and this machine is so easy to use. I make all different flavors: anise, chocolate, almond, peppermint, orange, etc. Everyone loves them. It was a great buy

Great item
I have only used this once, but love it already. I thought they must be exaggerating when they said ithe cookies would cook in 20 seconds, but they really do. I was a little concerned at first that it didn't have a temperature control knob, but learned very rapidly that it wasn't a problem. You just cook the pizzelle a little longer or a little less to achieve the color you want. One adjustment I made was in the recipe that I used from the book that came with it. I added at least another teaspoon of anise because it didn't seem to have a strong enough flavor. I would highly recommend this unit. Can't wait to try it this weekend making cannoli shells.

I love it!
This is actually the second one I have purchased. I purchased one for my daughter as a Christmas present. I tried it out on a recent visit and was so impressed that I purchased one for myself. I simply oiled the maker with a paper towel before using it. I have not had one problem with sticking. It is so easy to use and I am sorry I didn't purchase one sooner. It's great to be Italian!!

Italin Cookie maker
I have been making pizzelle's (Italian cookie) for several years, over 15, on a press that would make 4 at a time. I have never been able to make a full batch without a spill over and major clean up when finished. I have now made 2 batches for this holiday season. No mess and no burnt cookies! This is by far the BEST purchase of this nature I have ever made. I am very glad that I purchased 2 as one is now a gift for our daughter!

Added versatility
I can have a few dozen pizzelles on hand in a short amount of time. This iron is so easy to use and you don't need a lot of area to bake them. Minimal space and time is an added plus.

I've been wanting a pizzelle maker for years and finally got one...can't believe how easy and fast it was in making my first batch.

Pizzelle Pro
The PizzellePro cooks to fast, makes the pizzelle very brown and not crisp, been making them for years, first time this has happened to me , I tried three times, so I sent it back, I am sorry to say, looked a long time for a pizzelle maker
