Last Slicer You'll Buy
I have used wire, egg slicers for years to slice my mushrooms and strawberries. Invariably, one or more wires would break within months of purchase. This slicer is easy to use and clean up and does a great job on eggs, mushrooms and strawberries. The cutting edges are sharp and sturdy and should last a lifetime.

Slicer
What a terrific slicer! Works better than any I've ever had, and can't break, Slices eggs cleanly and neatly. Good buy.

Great Slicer
I bought one of these a couple years ago for myself to slice strawberries. The normal egg slicer didn't work well. This item worked for me so well that I purchased 3 of these as gifts for my friends. I know that some people have indicated the coating chips but I've not had any problem with mine. I highly recommend this product.

I just purchased this, so haven't used it for everything I want. I did slice eggs with it over the holidays and it did a nice job. I like the stainless steel part of it, and will not break like the wire ones I have had. The eggs I used were large and there was no problem with the size in slicing them.

Great slicer, DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER!!!
Purchased this item for the second time; mistakenly put the first one in the dishwasher. Not only does it discolor the product, but your hands get discolored when handling. It's great for slicing eggs, strawberries, kiwi, etc., which is why I purchased a replacement.

A slice above the others.
I have to slice lots of fruits everyday for my child & this slicer makes quick work of bananas, strawberries, peaches & others much better than my other slicer with wire cutting bands. It cleans up better as well. It seems very sturdy & should last a long time.

Sturdy
Love this slicer. I had one like it years ago, but this one is even better. Very sturdy.

Norpro Multi-purpose Slicer
I have only used on strawberries and pretty much turns them into mush. Plus, by the time you place strawberry correctly in slicer, (just seconds) you could have cut in slices yourself.
