Sharpest knife in the drawer I bought this knife for my husband who spent his college years working as a food prep cook in the kitchen at funky fusion restaurants. He wanted a general purpose knife with a serrated edge. I was nervous b/c we've never spent this much money on a knife before. He has been like a little kid in a candy store, grinning from ear to ear, since he started using it. The other day I found him trying to see if he could slice a tomato so thin that you could see through it... weirdo! He truly loves this knife. Warning: it is very sharp and people not used to handling a really sharp knives should be very careful... hubby easily cut through his fingernail with little pressure (he survived unscathed).
