Thought about this purchase for a long time and finally just did it! Am sooooo glad I did. Have used each piece a few times. Cooking was great and clean up was easier than easy. Now am eyeing up a few more pieces! I hate to wash dishes by hand so was planning to put them in the dishwasher. I have ended up just washing them by hand because they clean up that easy! I wish all of my dishes had this surface!

neat pots and pans
The set I bought has interchangeable covers. The covers have a little switch which lets you keep the steam inside the covered pan or you can let the steam escape.
Very easy to clean, not too heavy to handle.

Cookware
Good stuff! The only minor "irritation": Using the glass lid with the handle - moisture will gather inside the handle mechanism of the lid. Take it apart and dry it or sit it aside for a while and let it air dry.

Swiss Diamond review
We just recd our cooking pans, and they are excellent. Truly non-stick, as I fried a small pan of egg omlet, and it just slid out of the pan. Previous non-stick pans had worn out the coating, and had to be returned. I think this fusion of diamonds should be permanent. My wife and I both cook, and we regard these as the best pots and pans we've ever had.
