Spanish Omelettes
We purchased the pan last year and love the results. It makes great Spanish Omelettes! The two pans are also very convenient, when you need to sauté small amounts of vegetables or only cooking for two people
Although the product is not "Idiot Proof ", it does perform well. Due to the shallow depth of the pans and the protruding rivets, the omelette does stick to them. The design team should have spent more time developing this product. I would have installed counter-sunk rivets and coated them with the same non-stick material. (That would probably cost extra).
Overall, its an excellent product, with the exception on the protruding rivets. I would highly recommend it to all my friends.
BTW - I worked around the sticky situation - by brushig the rivets with oil (vegetable or Olive).

Calphalon Unison Nonstick Omelette Pan
I put off purchasing this pan for years and stuck with an old Revere ware pan for my omelette cooking. Yes, the word was stuck! My omelette would stick to the bowed center of the old pan. I am pleased with how easy it is to made my omelette now.

Worth While Investmeht
Actually purchased for use as an omelette pan and works great for omelettes and other uses as well. Have not owned it long enough to rate the wear and tear on the surface finish but hope it last for many years to come if only silicon utensils are used on the surface.

Great omelette pan
This is a wonderful omelette pan. The non-stick surface is perfect and the sides allow you to flip the omelette easily.

Sent damaged
This pan was wrapped and sealed inside it's big box and the non-stick coating was peeling, so we know it didn't happen in shipping. Obviously, you sent us a second. Sure hoping that we don't have to pay for shipping it back!

A must have for any kitchen!
I love this pan. It is the best pan I have ever bought. We use it every day. It cleans up so quick and easy. I think every kitchen should have this pan because it makes cooking fun and easy. One big thing to remember is don't use PAM in this pan. The handle is great and I even use it as a spoon rest for spoons that are not dripping. It works great. This pan is just a great design all the way around.

I love my unison!
We have this pan, and use it almost everyday. It is very durable but also light enough you can flip pancakes in it! I would recommend these pans to everyone. We are planning on getting some different sizes now. Have fun cooking!

cooks like a dream!
We love our unison nonstick pans! They are the perfect sizes. Light weight but heavy duty and durable. The 8" pan is perfect for eggs! We use it everyday! Make sure and don't use metal utensils with the pans though. We did that once and scratched one of them up a little bit. They still work great though. Have fun cooking!
