Fabulous Baking Dish
This is the third Haegar Natural Stone Baking Dish that I have purchased from CHEFS. I bought one for myself and two others for gifts. This dish heats and bakes beautifully and because of its depth - 3 inches - I never have to worry about the contents spilling over the sides of the dish when baking. This item really deserves ten stars!!!!
I ordered this online which was quite easy and quick, and delivery is very timely. I am very pleased with CHEFS' service.

Great casserole dish
I love this dish. It's made well and looks nice on the table. I especially like that it's made in USA. The size makes it convenient for many different recipes.

Very Heavy Duty Bakeware
I used this stoneware baker for the first time yesterday, making baked chicken that had been soaked in a buttermilk, garlic, and paprika marinade. I hoped that the stoneware baker would enhance the chicken, and it indeed seemed to make a difference vs. using a nonstick metal baker. Of course, the stoneware was harder to clean up, but the taste of the chicken made it worthwhile. I also like that this bakeware is made in the USA instead of inThailand, like the Le Creuset version.

Just O.K.
I used this to bake chicken in the oven. I put a coating of Parmasan cheese and mayo. over the chicken. When I went to wash the nice looking baking dish, some of the browning would not wash off. I was afarid to scrub it with anything, as the directions had so many restrictions on them

This is an amazing dish, perfect for lasagna and casseroles. Food really does turn out better with stone bakeware. Cleaning the stoneware is no problem at all. The food comes off very easily with just a quick soak. I purchased the dark blue one and it looks great on the dining table. I also love that it is made in the USA.

Greatest all-around baking pan
This is the greatest baking pan - the only one you will ever need! The more you cook in it the better it becomes. We use it fir everything - my favorite recipe to cook in it is oven-roasted winter vegetables. Just cut up any vegetable you want, toss them in a little olive oil with herbs and bake for 25 minutes. They are the best!!
