Good Purchase
Read all reviews on this grinder and decided to purchase - used it last weekend to make vension sausage... was very pleased with results, the only downfall is the cord a little to short... and is quite noisy... but does an excellent job on grinding meats and stuffing sausage... did not take long to process approx. 20 lbs. of meat to include, vension, suet, pork and veal..... would recommend...

Meat Grinder
This is going to be a gift for my Grandson and his future bride. He is a fireman and paramedic. They do a lot of cooking, taking turns, etc. . When he told me about the Hash they make with different meat which they combine, I saw a perfect gift for him.
It is much more stream lined then the old grinder that you had to fasten to a table to use. They will love it.

Easy to Use and Clean!
I was looking for a grinder that offered quality at a reasonable price, was easy to use and clean and didn't take up a lot of space in our condo where space is a constant challenge. I also wanted horsepower to spare. After some serious research, I decided on the Demi 3500. I've used it a number of times so far to grind beef and pork and have experienced no problems at all. I cube the pieces and feed them through fairly aggressively and the grinder doesn't come anywhere close to bogging down. In short, I've found that this grinder offers everything and more than I could have hoped for. It's quiet, powerful and cleaning is a a snap. You just can't do better for an electric grinder at the price.

Well first off must tell you I was a first cutter at Wegmans and I have alot of experience with cutting meat and grinders.This grinder has alot of power.Can't wait to do some sausage.Deer season is just around the bend!!!!If you need a grinder this one kicks butt.

Great machine
We purchased this grinder to make our own sausage and ground beed. We did a batch of sausage last night and it was a breeze to use and ground up the meat perfectly. Now my wife can't wait to use it to make chicken salad. This was a great buy for the power and ease it takes to use it.

Product grinds wonderful,fast. Unit is very loud but love it. Would recommend highly,great grinder for price.

Gets the job done
This is just the grinder I have been looking for. Easy to assemble, teardown, and clean. The powerful motor does the work.

good product
For the average home cheff I would recomend this grinder. I don't think if it were used daily for long periods it would be the one I would have ordered. I found it to grind the meat just like store bought meat. It was pretty noisy but since this is my first meat grinder I don't know if others are more quiet. The clean up is simple but would be better if the parts could be put into the dishwasher.
