The Best Slow Cooker I've Owned so Far
Over the years I've had many slow cookers, and some were too big, some were too small, some were too hot and some were not hot enough...but this slow cooker is just perfect in all these areas. In one week, I've made Sauerbraten, 3 bean chili with dry beans, and homemade chicken soup and all were delicious. The cooking was even and the best I've witnessed in a slow cooker so far. Also, the porcelain insert must be of a very high quality, since it cleans up very easily. The entire unit is very well made of quality materials and is one purchase I'm glad I made.

Agree with other reviewers.
Works as advertised. Have used it for beef stew twice, once for my wife and myself and once for a small dinner party. Put the ingredients in, let it cook for 8 hours, stirred twice, otherwise left it alone, and it was perfect both times. If there had been bone, it would have fallen off the bone. Easy clean up and actually fits in our under counter cabinets. So far, very pleased and happy with the function, design and looks.
Good size, not too big for two, but big enough that we were able to feed six. We would not want one any smaller.

Great Slow Cooker
I did a lot of research and decided on this slow cooker. I bought my parents a Delonghi Countertop Oven YEARS ago and they still love it so I decided to try this slow cooker. I'm glad I did. Looking forward to YEARS of cooking using this product. It looks great, very sound build and easy to use. I was worried since my previous one was oval but this one works great!

Best ever slow cooker
I have bought cheap slow cookers , 4 to be exact, only to get irritated with the cheapness of them and ending up giving them away after one use. This one is the best! Works exceptional well, food turned out fantastic. Design is more attractive for leaving on counter top. I am not giving this one away! Am ordering one for a wedding gift.

Good value
Brand new to me, but seems like a great value for the quality received, especially considering the mixed reviews that the All-Clad cookers (that I seriously considered) got at much higher prices.
Could not be easier to use.
Very nice brushed stainless steel exterior.

Stylish & Efficient
Since I have a DeLonghi blender that is superior to other blenders I've tried, I had high expectations for the DeLonghi Slow Cooker. The Slow Cooker is stylish which is a plus considering it sits out on the counter at least 4 hours when in use. I have enjoyed using the timer that will go to warm at the end of the cooking time for the days that I am not home until late or just want to keep food warm for serving. The 5-qt is a perfect size.
