"This is a non-stick pan by Chicago Metallic whose reputation is that of high quality, however, they really missed the mark with this pan.
While it is a very clever idea, the design needs to be worked on. I loved the idea of having the capability of three sections for lasagne, including the possibility of making three different kinds at once, however, the "wells" of each section are very narrow at the bottom and widen as each section goes up. As the photo shows, a full sheet of lasagne does fit on the top layer, and perhaps up to three layers below that but the first few layers are narrow and the width of the pasta does NOT fit in the lower/bottom layers of the pan!
I would ship this back but learning that Chef's has an extremely HIGH restocking fee, $10.50, I feel I'm forced into keeping this thing. Not sure what I'll use it for, but definitely NOT for lasagne!
Save your money, people, unless you want to trim your pasta, but that defeats the purpose of this pan.
Such a disappointment, from both Chicago Metallic AND Chef's."
