A new twist on an old tool usually means garbage, but here is a design change that benefits the cook most, rather than the advertisers and vendors. For years, many cooks have known that tongs turn foods without puncturing, and that alone is reason to have them at hand all the time. The heavily sprung ones take up a lot of room, the grip surface for the user and the business end sometimes make problems, etc. These tongs have three different and useful grips for the food, and a shape that allows a cook's hand to wrap safely around , eliminating the need for rubber grips that are a bother to wash. The two stage release not only makes the tongs compact when not in use, it also provides a stop for using the tongs on small foods. Learn More
