Awesome Product!
Finally a way to make gravy without frustration! So easy to use. Can't believe it took this long to have someone invent such an obvious solution! Great product. Bought four for Christmas gifts!

I received my Swing-A-Way Grease Separator just in time for Thanksgiving. What an easy kitchen tool to use when there are so many busy hands in the kitchen "helping". After seperating the grease from the drippings I put the seperator in the refrigerator to solidify the grease. The cleanup is great anid best of all the grease didn't sit in top of the gravey in the gravey boat. I got many oohs and aahs from my daughters and son (a gourmet cook} who will each get one in their Christmas stocking.

love this product
What a wonderful invention. It makes separating the gravy drippings so easy. I highly recommend the separator. I own two homes and have it in each kitchen.

Works great
I already had a gravy measuring cup, but it seems there is still grease in the spout when you use it, but not with this item. It is very cool, because the grease floats to the top and the bottom opens sort of like using a flour sifter. So no grease gets in your gravy. As I try to decrease fat in the foods I cook, I see myself using this gadget a lot! I put it in the dishwasher and it washed up nicely too.

Bset Grease Separator
Have used other ones in the past with difficulty. Quick, easy to use with the strainer on top. Canister does not leak as the fat separates out.

outstanding product
This grease separator is well designed and sturdy. I bought one and have since bought several for gifts. It is one gadget that is well worth it, it is quick and easy to obtain juices while separating off the fat.

Perfect idea for separating the good from the bad.
Never seen anything like this - perfect concept for the job it has to do. Anyone who wants to separate broth from the fat needs this on their shelf.

The product appears to be broken
I have just opened the product. It appears there was some type of round plastic piece that fits at the bottom above where the slider moves from. This piece was loose in the carton. without this piece, I don't know how the liquid stays in the cup. Seems cheaply made?
