Love this little guy!
I bought this knife on the recommendation of Cooks Illustrated Magazine. It is wonderful. Light, sharp, and cuts beautifully. You can get paper-thin slices of garlic with it, for example. It may not look glamorous, but you can't beat the price. Skip the expensive knives and try this one.

Best Paring Knife Ever Made!!
Hands down, this is the best paring knife I have ever owned. I had ordered this product for Christmas gifts last year and everyone loved them. Just ordered two more for myself and two for a friend. Fits just right in your hand and is very, very sharp! You can cut any vegetable or fruit with complete ease. If you are wondering why I ordered more when I already had it, it's because whoever I am working with in the kitchen always grabs this knife first! I don't like to share my paring knife with someone else!! Need a backup! Love it!

A "Go-To" Paring Knife
I have several of these paring knives, and find them to be sharp, easy to use, and THE "Go-To" knife for every day peeling, chopping, and dicing.

Now our preferred Paring Knife
Originally purchased this for ourselves based on Cooks Illustrated recommendation for this line of knifes. This purchase is a Christmas gift for our elder son to replace cheap knifes purchased when he was in college.

Sharp blade, flimsy handle
Spend your money on the Victorinox knife with the Fibrox handle. Much better feel than this one.

Paring knife
This is a lovely, small, light paring knife. Very sharp and easy to work around an item. Exactly what we wanted at a remarkably low price. We also have a Victorinox Bread knife we love.

You get more than you pay for
It doesn't replace my $50 paring knife, but it is a great value for a good knive that does the job! I got two to have when I need to have extras in the kitchen.
