What an improvement in Bread Knives. I much prefere this to others that I have owned over the years.

Great bread knife
Love this knife. Makes cutting bread loaf easy and neat. The handle is very comfortable and dishwasher safe.

I'm glad I Itbought this knife
My husband and I are now baking our own bread weekly. After reading a review in cook's illustrated, we thought we would try this knife. I wish i had bought it years ago. It cuts into home baked bread like butter. i am able to cut thin uniform slices. I would highly recommend and price is right

Everyone should have one
Best Bread knife we ever owned. Great handle. Exceptionally sharp and cuts bread, rolls even the crusty ones with out ripping..

Great knife
I like the longer length of this knife. It works great for slicing homemade bread. I also use it to cut off the domes on my cakes. The longer length is perfect for it and makes clean slices.

Great Knife
This is my sixth Victorinox knife. It slices through a large round loaf of bread effortlessly, is well balanced and comfortable to use. The price is very reasonable. It would make a great gift.

Another great knife from Victorinox
I bought this bread knife after reading a review for it in Cook's Illustrated, and have to say, it doesn't disappoint. Every Victorinox knife I own comes sharp, consistent, and holds it's edge better than many more expensive knives. Not just a bread knife, but a very good workhorse serrated knife with multiple uses, this knife is a great value.
