Lodge Logic Reversible Griddle
I had one of these before and absolutely loved it. Gave it to my son when I moved but now regret that "gifting" and am thrilled to have another one. Food always tastes better using either the grill or griddle side!

Multiple Uses
After wanting a cast iron griddle forever I finally decided on this one and Lodge Logic did not disappoint me ! It reminds me exactly of the one that my mom would cook breakfast on when I was a little girl . Although it came preseasoned I did reseason it in the oven . Other than that this thing is wonderful ! I also love that is has the flat side and the grill side so I have tons of options whether it be sandwiches, pancakes, or burgers , bacon or pork chops . I would definitely recommend this !

Love this product
I've always wanted a griddle-grill, but thought they were too heavy and I had no place to store it. My husband suggested I store them with the cookie sheets- great idea. Sometimes husbands come through. The griddle is so easy to clean and I can make pancakes for all my grandsons at the same time

Best Griddle Purchase Ever
We got this griddle after eating at a diner, where they griddled their breakfast items, was outstanding so we wanted to recreate at home. Best flap jacks and bacon we have ever had at home. The griddle came seasoned already, so all we had to do was open the box, rinse it off and start flipping. We love that we can also take it camping with us. Our only regret is why we did not purchase one sooner.

Why didn't I buy this a long time ago?
This reversible grill/griddle is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I have an older gas range, and it fits perfectly over two burners, creating a hot, even cooking surface.
Have made both pancakes (easy flipping!) and grilled chicken (super grill marks, then into the oven to finish) I've only just begun to scratch the surface as far as what this pan will do.

A much used item since purchased
We used the grill the day we received it and it cooked our salmon dinner perfectly! I use the grill
about three times a week and it will continue to be a frequently used item. The grill truly needs to be oiled down well for the first few uses for residuals tends to stick. Tho after a couple of uses, it cleans easier. We are happy with our grill and would highly recommend it to others.

Logic Reversible Grill
Simply love this grill....made chicken breast on the grill side....fried bacon on the flat side. Worked wonderfully and cleaned up very easily...thank you!!!

Adding to my collection
I was very excited to receive my Lodge Logic griddle. I purchased it specifically to use for cooking pancakes. I recently discovered the perfect recipe for pancakes and new that I had to have the Lodge Logic griddle to complete the process. I have several of their cast iron skillets already. Buy the way there is no substitution for using there skillets for barbecuing a flat iron steak. I have purchased several items through the Chefs website and knew they would offer me the best price around. Love having products delivered to my front door. I live in a rural community in Ca. And don't have easy access to any shopping malls. Chefs website solves that problem for me. Thanks for offering us such nice quality products.
