Best Griddle Purchase Ever
We got this griddle after eating at a diner, where they griddled their breakfast items, was outstanding so we wanted to recreate at home. Best flap jacks and bacon we have ever had at home. The griddle came seasoned already, so all we had to do was open the box, rinse it off and start flipping. We love that we can also take it camping with us. Our only regret is why we did not purchase one sooner.

Why didn't I buy this a long time ago?
This reversible grill/griddle is one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. I have an older gas range, and it fits perfectly over two burners, creating a hot, even cooking surface.
Have made both pancakes (easy flipping!) and grilled chicken (super grill marks, then into the oven to finish) I've only just begun to scratch the surface as far as what this pan will do.

Multiple Uses
After wanting a cast iron griddle forever I finally decided on this one and Lodge Logic did not disappoint me ! It reminds me exactly of the one that my mom would cook breakfast on when I was a little girl . Although it came preseasoned I did reseason it in the oven . Other than that this thing is wonderful ! I also love that is has the flat side and the grill side so I have tons of options whether it be sandwiches, pancakes, or burgers , bacon or pork chops . I would definitely recommend this !

Love this product
I've always wanted a griddle-grill, but thought they were too heavy and I had no place to store it. My husband suggested I store them with the cookie sheets- great idea. Sometimes husbands come through. The griddle is so easy to clean and I can make pancakes for all my grandsons at the same time

best griddle ever owned
i love every casst iron product made by lodge. this griddle and grill set performs as promised. my food tastes so much better and has the same appearance as a restuarant order when whatever cooked on either the grill or griddle is finished. i love this grill set . everything i order from chefs is admired and envied! i find myself giving out my catalogs after i order from them. i also purchased a lodge dutch oven and several cast iron skillets. worth every penny spent.

Seasoned and ready to go.
This is an excellent griddle for the stove top. Its nice and heavy, so that means its not going to slide on your glass top stove. It's nice to fry eggs and flip pancakes at the same time. The reverse side works great for steaks and pork chops. This is a great product. I highly recommend this griddle.

Outstanding Griddle!
This griddle performs exactly as I had hoped. Works on a ceramic stovetop as well as on the grill. Just be careful when placing on and removing from the stovetop so as not to scratch the stovetop.

Works on ceramic cook top
Fits well on the bridge bridge burner on my ceramic cook top. A little heavy so handle with care when setting it down, moving or lifting from cook top. Has more room than the Lodge grill pan I have, so I can grill 2 steaks at the same time without crowding.
