Great Quality Loaf Pans
Purchased these pans for my wife as a Christmas present. She does a lot of baking and these pan are by far superior in quality to anything else she has ever used before. They are heavy, coated and made in the good old USA!

I love this pan!
I bake a lot of quick breads & yeast breads every week & was looking to upgrade my pans. I bought 2 of these based on the good reviews & the fact that they are made in the USA, yay! When I opened the box & saw them for the first time, I was really impressed with how heavy-duty they are. So far I've made quick bread & am already so in love. I usually grease & parchment paper my pans. I took a chance & just greased this pan & poured the batter. It baked evenly & rose nicely. I ran a wooden spatula around the edge & my apple loaf just popped out, no problem! It was beautiful. Eliminating the parchment paper step is really going to save me time. I can't wait to use them again!

Great Pan for Whole Wheat Breads
I purchased this pan several weeks ago. So far I have used it twice to make whole wheat bread--with excellent results.
PROS:
-Perfect size for whole wheat loaves (smaller than standard quick bread pan)
-Heavy duty and well built
-Loaves do not stick
-Breads brown evenly
CONS:
-When washing pan, water gets stuck in the folds at the ends of the pan. I am slightly worried that this will lead to corrosion, so I place the pan in the still warm oven after washing to dry completely.
Overall, this is an excellent product, and it is far superior to the cheap pan I had been using.

Terrific bakeware for Gluten Free baking!!!!
I purchased this item for the purpose of using it to bake my Gluten Free Sandwich bread and other GF foods. It stated that the bakeware was a heavy duty pan with a non-stick coating and the description was right on!!!! I baked a loaf of Gluten free Sandwich bread as soon as I got it. It worked wonderfully for this and I was really impressed with the quality. The bread rose nicely in the pan and baked even better. It browned the bottom of the loaf evenly and did not stick to the pan. If you have baked a loaf of GF then you know why I was impressed. Gluten Free bread doughs are heavy dense and sticky by nature due to the flours involved. But it did not matter to this pan and it performed with excellence. I will be back for more of these MADE IN the USA bakeware......THANKS CHEFS catalog for having this item available.

sturdy and heavy construction; no issues with sticking; great price
Be advised that while the description says 9x5x2.75, the pans comes with a label stating it is actually 8.5x4.5x2.75. This is a good size for yeast breads, but would be a bit small for normal quick bread recipes. I kept these loaf pans because I needed this size too.

USA pans
These pans are wonderful. They bake evenly and are a breeze to clean. They are heavy enough for stability but light enough to stack and store easily.
I liove they are made in the USA and have started repacing all by metal bakeware with the brand.
They are especially good for bread baking. I think the corrugated design promotes even browning and a good rise.

Great Pans
These pans are so much nicer than the dark bread pans I have. The bread turns out more evenly baked. I love these and the best part is they are made in the USA
