just what I needed
This is the perfect sized pot for boiling eggs,cooking hot cereal,heating soup , small quantities of food and liquids.It is attractive, made of stainless steel and easy to clean. I love the straining features of the lid. The price is right. I am so pleased.

Best Saucepan Ever
This is an excellent saucepan. The pour spout works exactly as I had hoped and the pan is easy to handle. I like it so well, I plan to order the larger size.

The Greatest Thing Since Sliced Bread!
I bought a couple of these pans a decade ago, and they are by far my favorite! The glass see-through strainer lids give them unlimited functionality. The fact that they are dishwasher safe makes them easy to clean. I love these pans. They are proof that you don't have to spend a lot of money for good cookware. I have been looking for more of these, because I use them every day. I have not seen them in any local stores, so I was delighted to see them in the Chef's catalog. Do yourself a favor and load up on these. They also make excellent gifts!

Nice idea...
It's a good size, comfortable handles and the pour spout is great for many reasons. The finish is a bit difficult... But, after finding "Bar Keeper's Friend" life is good again. I enjoy the weight and size of the pan. The lid has a good feel and works well. The lip does go below the pouring spout, so you won't lose heat until you're ready to.

I would purchase more of these products
This product was everything I had hoped it would be. The quality was great and it was the perfect size. I especially like the vented lid that can be used to drain rice, pasta, etc.

This product is very versatile and easy to handle
I like this product because it is exactly what I expected. The handle is long and the size is perfect for me since I do not cook a lot at one time.

Stainless Steel Straining Lid
I am sure this pan is great for the straining feature. However, I purchased it to use with my induction stove and it does not have proper magnetic qualities to use on an induction cooktop. It should being stainless steel but I checked with my magnet and it won't work. I can use it with my gas stove so I guess it is okay and won't be wasted. Just disappointing.

Not worth sending to the house. Lid doen't fit. Too much clearance. No way to seal off pot because lid fits so poorly. I will return item.
