Good purchase I have found the Norpro meatballer a very useful tool. Not only does it shape the meatballs with out handling the meat ball mixture which adds to the tenderness of the meatball, it has proven helpful for baking. With the current resurgence of "cup cakes" as a form of art, I have found that when I spay the meatballer with cooking spay, I can use it to easily scoop cake batter into the cupcake muffin papers. The amount of batter remains consistant, and I can control the flow of the batter to the inside of the muffin papers without getting batter all over the muffin pan. The Chef's Norpro meatballer is easy to handle, clean and store. I will be looking for other uses for my new toy. March 29, 2011
