This was purchased as a gift for Christmas so I can't say how it performs however, I am impressed with the way it is presented and am sure the recipient will be too. She is a really good cook and deserves some good pots and pans.

Birthday Present
We were thinking that this roasting set might be too big and expensive for our needs. However, we found that it's perfect for fixing dinner (i.e., two roast ducks) for guests, and it's probably the last roaster we'll need to buy. Finally, it was a pleasant surprise to discover how easy it is to clean.

Works to perfection
Needed a large satinless steel roasting set that matched my All Clad pots and pans, and was easly washable. Doing a twenty pound stuffed turkey was easy, and the cleanup was quick due to the grid the bird was sitting on during the roast.
For large roasts and leg of lamb the apparatus was as exellent, and the juices underneath the grid allowed a quick gravy preperation. Highly recomended!

Great Roasting Pan
Has nice weight and style. Cleans up easy. It comes with the extra tools needed for roasting. I like my pan.

Thin and Used
The pan is very thin. I have previously owned two competitor's pans, including one tri-ply and one pure stainless steel, and this CHEFS pan is noticeably flimsier and lighter in weight than both my others. Also, the handles are very sharp in comparison to the other two.
My biggest issue is that this pan arrived in used condition. It had flame marks on the bottom, there was gummy black debris inside, the bottom and top surfaces were covered in scratches, and the box was crumpled with multiple layers of packing tape. I guess this means someone else was unhappy with the pan before me. It is going back.

One of the best items I've ever owned!
I have never had the pleasure of owning a SS roasting pan before, and the 'V" holdler was great for catching all the 'drippings' for a wonderful gravy!

Great Roasting Set!
My wife and I both attribute our recent good luck with the Thanksgiving turkey to her outstanding cooking skills. In fact, all 16 of our guests agreed as well. This roasting pan certainly made the task so much easier!

I have not actually used the roaster, yet, but I love the fact that it is so well made and large. The large handles make it very easy to lift.
