Good Addition
4c of fresh whipped cream in less than a minute and the peaks held for 3+ days. Nice addition to our arsenal of Kitchen-Aid attachments. It is just a bit louder than the standard wisk attachment because it touches (not grinding against) the side of the bowl, but not bad. Personal preference would have been a metal attachment collar, but so far the plastic seems robust enough.

Wasn't sure this would work. Whipped eggs so light and so quickly--amazing.

Terrific new mixer whisk
I've been using the Whisk-A-Bowl on my KitchenAid Pro 600 for a couple of weeks and it is perfect for mixers with planetary action. It does a terrific job on egg whites, whipped cream and rapidly incorporating ingredients into thin batters.
I used it to prepare Italian meringue and it blended the syrup into the egg whites perfectly with absolutely no syrup thrown onto the sides of the bowl, which has been a problem with the standard wire whisk.
I've also made macarons (almond and pistachio) and it blended the ingredients evenly without overworking the meringue.

Produces lightest egg whites & whipped cream
This utensil is intended to deliver superlative results when used to produce "foam" in egg whites and very light whipped cream, that is to say, it is not intended to mix heavy batters. If ultimate egg whites and whipped cream are needed, this is your device.
