New is better than the old
My current racks are quite old. The new CIA Chrome Cooling Racks are so much better. The holes are close together so my Snickerdoodles, which I do close to 500 for Halloween, don't fall through the cracks. AND they are bigger so they hold more and side by side they hold more cakes and pies. I couldn't be happier with the CIA racks. Thanks so much for a good product!

Great cooling racks!
I do a lot of baking and these are the best cooling racks I have had the pleasure to use! The best part is that they can be washed in the dishwasher, so many others they recommend hand washing.

Perfect Fit
This is the one for me! I use it in a Jelly Roll pan and it cools cookies, drains bacon, washes in the dishwasher.
Anything that performs well with cookies and bacon is a winner in my book!

Perfect Rack
The CIA cooling rack is perfect. The grid is small enough that cookies don't "slide" through (as the old- fashioned "jailhouse rails" allowed). And a cake balances effortlessly without permitting sag. The smaller size fits my rimmed baking pan perfectly. Best purchase I've made in a while!

Quality is the name of the game.
Quality and durability are uppermost in my expectations of cookware and this product delivers just that. I have bought the more inexpensive cooling racks and I have always been disappointed. High quality, substantial feel
These are the best cooling racks I have ever held in my hand. I bake bread about 5-6 times a month and often use my cooling racks for other purposes like resting roasted meats. I had no idea how poor the racks I have been using were until I got these. I was looking for dishwasher safe, rust free and heft. I got all 3.

Very useful and good construction
I have needed one of these racks for years. Just tried to get by with what I had. This is great. I bought the large size and I may buy another one.

Best rack for broiling!
I use this rack to broil fish and it is terrific! I love crispy fish skin. The rack allows the fat to drop out of oily fish and provides a stable surface for delicate fish.
