what I've been looking for
a great product that has saved my boards and salad bowls. product is easy and pleasant to use....really renews the wood. As a nice bonus...its great for your hands as well!!!

Much Better Than Any Oil
In the arid Arizona desert, my John Boos butcher cart arrived in a dried-out condition. This cream revitalized the wood beautifully. Apply the cream once a month if you live in a dry climate. A side benefit: it makes your hands nice and soft.

Great idea
I liked this product most because I applied it using my hands. This allowed me to really replenish my favorite wooden boards. It really brought them back to life.

I received a butcher block cutting board as a gift a few years back but hadn't used it since the tag said it needed conditioned. Finally did a web search on conditioning a cutting board and this came up. Enough said. LOVE it

Repairs old and new boards
Im very happy with this product. I have an older large BooS block in natural wood and a brand new BooS block in very dark wood that's the same size, that I've never used, till I applied this product. I left it on both boards plus a smaller board for 30 hours then wiped it down as my boards were very dry. This product brought the older boards back and look great and the new board needed a light second coat that I didn't wipe down after as it didn't require it. I used my hand a rubbed each cutting board following the grain of the wood. I also purchased the liquid BooS oil but haven't tried it yet. I'll try that next on my boards in another month.

Fabulous product!
Honestly, I had no idea what my wooden cutting boards, spoons/spatulas, lemon reamer, ALL my kitchen wooden handles had been missing! They look great again; treating the wood is really a good thing after all (sheepish smile). I never put any in the dishwasher, but didn't realize just how much they had dried out. How embarrassing! Never again will I 'abuse' them! Never again will my wooden kitchen tools have that whitish, dry, rough look and feel. Thank you thank you thank you!

Just what is needed
This product reminds me of the lotion I put on my dry hands. It soaks in, and it is as though my cutting board is saying, "Ahhhhh". Wood dries out just as skin does; this product restores the wood.
