Will be used a lot
I made my first tart and it was so easy using the tart pan. I made a lemon, blueberry tart with a vanilla cookie crust. IT WAS WONDERFUL!! The pan made it so easy to serve with the sides off the bottom and easy to store in the frig. LOVE THE PANB

Best deep dish quiche pans
This is a replacement of 4 others, I work at a restaurant and they lost the bottoms to the pans, I loved these so much I got 4 to replace the ones that they lost. I used them yesterday and they are great, made 4 keylime pies, Yum!

Great Purchase
Thi removable bottom makes it a joy. Bake a quiche or bake a pie, lift out and decorate around the perimeter for par excellance presentation.

Excellent Product
I made a quiche using this pan. It baked perfectly, and then I was able to easily remove the quiche from the pan. I highly recommend this product!!

Love, love, love!!
These produce a gorgeous looking quiche. I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews about leaking, but I had no problems. If you're planning on using this for anything without a pie crust, then it will leak. It will not support a cracker crumb crust, as the bottom doesn't lock like a springform pan.
Use for a custard pie or quiche, and you'll have marvelous success!
