Works loike a charm!
I just baked a dessertt with a shortbread base. The roller let me spread the dough perfectly into the corners, and leveled the dough perfectly. I will try it next on my Chicago-Style Deep dIsh Pizza, and I anticipate the same results!

Unpleasantly surprised
The idea of this item is good, though in actuality, after washing just once (after clipping off the new tag) the wooden handle began to splinter. I am considering returning if it's possible to return after having tossed the new tag. Have not even used this item and it's already a safety hazard, what a waste. It's possible that just this one is defective, the wood seems too soft for any lasting (or even 1 time) use.

Small rolling pin - Great results
My pie dough was so easy to roll out to a uniform almost perfect circle with this mini roller. Don't know why but it sure beat out my old rolling pin that was passed down from my mom even. And with very little flour it didn't stick to the dough.

Great Roller
The roller is very well built. There is a steel rod that goes through the wood roller, thus making the roller very strudy. Construction is top notch.

my dream roller
what an awesome tool this roller is!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as a stroke victim , i am no longer able to use a regular rolling pin, with my left arm and hand partially paralyzed- but thanks to this tool, i can now tackle all my baking projects. thanx

Dough Roller
I LOVE this little rolling pin. It's great for rolling out pizza dough and the smaller end fits easily into a pie pan.
