Design is good fit for purpose.
Tried it first for listed purpose (fish) and then tried it to serve out of a loaf pan. It was so easy, and food came out perfectly.

Great flipper
This fish turner is useful for more than just fish! It is a great size, very sturdy and has a broad turning surface.

Good for large pans or good on a grill.
This is a good turner, but a little large for most of my uses. The other similar one by another manufacturer which I also ordered is smaller.
No complaints since it is good quality and flexible. Most spatulas today or two thick and not flexible. I don't like plastic, too thick and will melt over time.
More suited for large pans or the grill.

Well designed.
This may seem a little expensive, but it's worth it. It feels comfortable in the hand, and is well designed to deal gently with anything you happen to be sauteeing, from fish to latkes. I especially like the long, flexible spatula, securely fastened to the handle.

Fish-turner deluxe
Have used this great instrument only once since purchase but it worked great compared to the stiffer spatulas.
