I just got these but have used the small one to get icecream out of my new icecream maker I purchased from Chef's. It works great.

Wasted money
Very stiff, difficult to use for flipping. Egg prrotien sticks and difficult to clean.

Just what I needed
These spatulas are definitely a good addition to my kitchen. They are extremely thin and flexible, but are strong enough that I don't need to worry about dropping the food. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic!
These 3 spatulas not only compliment my cobalt and white kitchen (they are hanging on my wall), but they are so easy to handle due to their unique design, scratch nothing, and lift any food, including lasagna, with ease.

Trio of Flexible Spatulas
I purchased these because of their flexibility. However, the material is thinner than it needed to be to maintain flexibility and although I haven't had them for long the edges are already beginning to look somewhat worn.
