Nice quality skimmer
The quality of this feels great. Though I haven't used it yet it looks good and will most likely suit my purpose well.
The minor drawback, and what prevents it from getting a fifth star, is the handle design. Though preferably it should be slightly more angled, the more disappointing thing is that it seems to be solely designed to be hung on some type of bar system that the manufacturer no doubt produces. Not having this type of storage system, I need to figure out some method of hanging. The couple of hardware stores I've checked haven't had any type of fastener that'll work. Though not the end of the world, my preference is to not store things like this in drawers.

Great Kitchen Tool
Oh my, this is a wonderful tool to have in your kitchen. I made soup and needed to take off the
beef "stuff" which I usually do with a paper towel. I also usually burn a finger or two. Now I have the most wonderful tool for skimming. It works wonderfully well and I don't know why I waited to long to purchase one for my kitchen. Every kitchen where cooking is done need a skimmer. Buy it, I know you will be glad you made the purchase.

Perfect Utensil
This is a great stainer for cooking with the deep fryer when I do my Catfish or picking up boiled items from a pot of water.
