Use and Care
• Do not place cold stone in a hot oven. When stone is hot, do not place on a cold countertop or surface.
• Allow stone to cool before cleaning.
• Do not soak in water or use detergent or other cleaning solutions. Simply wipe with damp cloth and use a bristled brush to remove baked-on food. Air dry thoroughly.
• The stone will discolor over time, but this willl not affect baking performance.
