Italians Just Want to Have Garlic
I have two lady friends who boast of their "Italianess" so the garlic is going to them as a gift! I know they will love it! I am of Yugoslavian lineage and I love garlic too!

Very convenient...a bargain at this price
If you want the flavor of real garlic and you eschew garlic powder, so-called garlic juice or diced garlic in water...and would rather not fool with fresh garlic, this is an ideal solution.
Simply squeeze a small amount [1 tsp] for use as a recipe ingredient [great when making salad dressing or pasta sauce from scratch], or a larger amount for use in a marinade or as a rub.

Love it!!
I am always short of time in my kitchen and live 45 miles from my grocery store. This product saves me lots of time and most important is always available to grab and use.

Adds great flavor to dish
I tried this garlic paste with a new recipe and it really enhanced its flavor even though I had also add fresh garlic.
