This product is great.
I have CHICAGO cutlury and needed to have my knives sharpened. THIS IS FANTASTIC. I did it myself and they are as sharp as when I took them to the local hardware store. GOOD JOB CHEF....

the best yet
I've owned hand held knife sharpeners for longer than I care to remember. most were adaquate; however much to my delight, my new Wusthof sharpener out performed any I have ever had. The ease of handling coupled with quick percision edge created by this super sharpener puts it in a class by itself.

This makes it very easy for me to keep a sharp edge on my knives. I have tried other tools and they don't work as easily as this does.

This product is very easy to use.
I've never been able to sharpen knives with the traditional knife sharpener, so I purchased the Wusthof Precision Edge 4 Stage Knife Sharpener. It is so easy to use and is compact enough that I can leave it the counter next to my knife block. I love it!
