Many Marvels with the Mini Muffin Pan
In addition to making mini- muffins, including fresh blueberry, oatmeal and fresh strawberry, I used the mini muffin pan to make brownie bites. At a recent family birthday get together, the brownie bites were such a hit that I wish I had made double. The children scarfed them up in no time. Due to time restraints, I used boxed brownie mix. The muffin pan baked evenly, was easy to handle and very easy to clean and store. At the next get together that includes the children, I hope to pre-mix a large amount of brownie batter, divide it into smaller containers, and allow the children to add their own embellishments such as mini chips, marshmellow, walnuts, pecan, hazel nuts etc. as they prefer to individualize the browines. Due to the smaller size of the brownie bites, total baking time was reduced. A summer browinie event with accompanying home made ice cream seems to be in the very near future.
Although my neighbor declined a large blueberry muffin, while we were discussing his home repair project, he easily consumed a handful of the mini muffins. I look forward to using the mini muffin pan again, and will be inclined to try it for other types of receipes. I highly recommend this product.

Great pan for baking!

Looks great, muffins come out easily. Best of all the small size muffin is good for our waistline.

Exactly what I wanted.
I came across a great receipe that called for this size pan. I try it and your muffin pan made everything turn out perfect. Great for my Christmas party table.

Perfect Size
I ordered this to make small cakes and muffins for Christmas treat baskets I make my neighbors. The size if perfect to make the smaller items I will include with some home-made bread.

A great little pan
My mother used to bake these wonderful little cupcakes. Long before she passed away she stopped baking them because it became to hard for her. So it has been possibly 10 to 15 years since the family had them. I always wanted to try to bake them, but always found an excuse, like not having the right pan. Well, I saw this pan on line and sent for it. No more excuses. I surprised my family this Easter, I baked l2 dozen and it was a huge success. The pan was a dream to use. No sticking and the clean up was a breeze...I loved using it and you can bet it wont be 10 years before I baked these cupcakes again.

muffin pans
Been looking for these for a long time. I make little meat balls bake first then take a pastry bag filled with mashed potatoes and squart some on top put in oven to brown and a nice treat.
