I am a professional chef. I bought this product to keep my knives sharp. I sharpen my knife with it about 2 weeks ago and haven't had to sharpen it since....

Instructions included
I decided to take a chance on this anyway after seeing review of instructions not included. Common sense says if you can figure out the coarse and fine, then you know how to sharpen your knives. Well, instructions were on the back of my package AND coarse/fine is written directly under the grooves.

Real sharp!
I had a similar one and when I moved I misplaced it. So I bought another one. Wouldn't use anything else for my kitchen knives and scissors.
