Great value for money
This is my first ceramic knife and I did not want to spend a lot for a knife that I did not know whether I would use. The knife is everything it was advertised to be - very sharp, light weight, and easy to clean. A great value for the cost!

Love this Knife
I have been using this knife since I purchased it. I love it. I use this rather than the expensive knives I own. Love the handle grip, weight.

not as sharp as i had hoped
a nice knife but it is not as sharp as i would expect of a utility knife.

This product performs as described
I have never owned a product like this and wanted to try it. I am very happy with it and use it for all of my cutting. I am now purchasing one for my mother for Mother's Day and know that she will be very happy with it.

Good balance and weight.
I first purchased to replace an old ceramic Chef knife that was nicked and rendered useless. I chose this brand because of previous positive reviews. It certainly was a bonus with the sale price. This knife handles very well and seems to have a better balance and weight than the other knife.
You can't beat the sharpness in a Ceramic knife. Now if I can just keep it away from my husband, it might have a longer shelf life.

Great product
I bought the 5" and the 3" ceramic knives for myself, then for my daughter.
Wonderful product, exceptionally sharp and smooth-cutting. Feels great in the hand.

fine blade
This knife is superb for most kitchen uses. The blade is super sharp and light; the curved handle gives good balance and makes the knife easy to hold and to use. It cleans up beautifully.
