Perfectly useful
These ramekins are perfect. They are lightweight but sturdy, attractive enough to use to serve, and the ribbing on the sides makes them easy to grip. Best of all, they stack very conveniently.

Undestructible, right size
I grew up in France eating out of Duralex products in school cafeterias, these are as ubiquitous there as Pyrex dishes in the US.
Aside from the nostalgia aspect, Duralex ramekins are perfect because the size is designed so you don't eat too big portions.
They are great for food prep, and of course they go in your oven, microwave and dishwasher if you have one.
Another reason I bought them is that they truly are unbreakable - well, you' have to hurl them at a great force on a concrete surface to break them.
Also they take no room in your cupboards because they stack easily. My only regret is I bought only 4 of them, I should have bought at least 8.
Check their drinking glasses, too.

Super Durable
This is not my only Duralex product. They don't break even when you drop them. Nicely sized and versatile.

Love these!
Love these custard cups (or ramekins, as they are called here). I had found some of these quite a while ago and really liked them, but could never find more, so was delighted to find them available here. Since I had bought them in a store, there was no description available as on the website, so I was especially glad to read here that they are made of extra durable glass. Now I will REALLY enjoy using them. They are lovely, smooth (the outside is a nice ribbed design), & clear.

Ideal for Small Servings to Small Pets
These four-ounce ramekins are just the right serving size for our cats. The angled sides allow access to the bottom circumference of the dish which the vertical-sided six-ounce porcelain ramekins don't. Bonus: These are easier to clean than porcelain, more durable and I can see from a distance whether the food has been eaten. I'm a fan!

Very practical.
Great for smaller recipes. Do wish this brand came in a larger size remekin. I use these for other things, such as small leftovers, odds and ends, etc.
