Smart purchase
We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen. We purchased the Induction Cooktop in order to prepare and warm up food during this process. It has proven to be most efficient and definitely useful during this time. We can prepare several dishes in a short period of time. Thank you for offering this product. After the kitchen is remodeled we will continue to use this product.

Induction Cooktop
If I could give this 10 stars, I would! What a fantastic product! I was worried that the "heating" plate might be too small, but it's not at all. And if you're wondering if it's fast--it sure is! The setting range is 1-10 and after putting my potatoes on at setting 5, once they began to boil I turned it down to 2. When I set it at 1 the potatoes instantly stopped boiling. I could buy 3 more of these and do away with my cooktop :)

Fast and Furious
This is my first venture into induction cooking. I must say it has been a very pleasant introduction. This unit is extremely powerful, boil water in only a minute or so at half maximum power. There is a learning phase in using this device as it is faster and makes the pan much hotter than my gourmet gas stove.
Among the issues you might consider in looking at this device is that if your cookware does not contain iron or steel you will need a special pad to use this gadget. The pad works just fine, but cooking is not as efficient.
Fortunately my cookware has a stainless steel bottom and boy does that help. We made butternut squash coup as one of our early experiments. We never needed to go above a power level of 3 on a scale of 10. The only down side of the device is its size. If you do not have counter space you might want to think twice about buying this unit.
Overall, a great device, but there is a learning curve to using it.

A Must Have
I absolutely love this cooktop. It heats up really fast with consistent heat.. I like that this version has the disc for cookware that is not magnetic so there is no need to replace your existing cookware to use this cooktop. The fan is a bit noisy, but not problematic.

This is a wonderful, lowcost induction unit.
We are having our kitchen remodeled and have no other range to use. We bought two of these units and could not be more satisfied. We are previous induction users and these units are the equal of the previous GE cooktop units we're having replaced.
The complaints about fan noise are exaggerated. The complaint about lack of speeds is nonsense - is 10 not enough? The price is certainly good.
The companion plate does not transfer heat well.
I would not buy it again. But, the unit - it's great!

Love it!! It is very fast.
I bought this because I am remodeling my kitchen and am without appliances, sinks and garbage disposal. The microwave just wasn't enough. I have cooked spaghetti noodles (very fast) and made black bean soup. The temperature setting is great for simmering. Even when I get my kitchen back, I am sure that I will still be using this. I am really happily surprised at how well it works.

max burton delux induction cooktop and disc
we absolutley love this product. i used it for all my stovetop Thankgiving dinner. The cooktop cooksfast and even. we bought a glass top stove and now i will probably never use it since one spill and it seems so hard to eep clean and new looking. The indution cooktop is so easy to clean and it stay like new after use and i love tha fact you can use cast iron it. It is a wonderful product and well worth the money. thank you

Max Burton Induction
I have been using induction cooktops for several years. Very glad to have a system that includes interface disc for the specialized cooking pots that have been in the pantry closet. The daily favorite pans suitable for induction pans work very well on this cooktop.
