Wouldn't be without one . . .
I bought one for myself and one as a gift for my mother several years ago. Hard butter is a pet peeve of mine, and the butter boat keeps the butter spreadable and fresh for several weeks. I just bought two more because a friend admired/coveted mine and to have a spare for a gift. Great product.

Butter boat
This butter boat is beautiful in its simplicity. Where we have left the harmful margarine behind and gone back to butter, this is a very useful item to have.
Butter stays spreadable yet cool. It sits out on the table for use. Husband wouldn't leave it alone when it first came. He was surprised it works!
I bake hearth bread two to three times a week, and so the butter gets used easily.

Great Product
I only use real butter so this product is a Godsend. It keeps my butter at just the right temperature. It doesn't matter if I cook with it or if I want to spread it on a piece of toast. This is the 2nd one I have bought and it is for s friend. I love this product!

This product is exactally what I was looking for
I was looking in every store I went into for a butter bell and when I saw the butter boat I had to have it. it keeps your butter at room temp. without getting that ransid taste. It's great and I love it.

works great
We had some very humid days lately, and the butter stayed quite fresh in this butter boat. It is superior to a traditional butter keeper I have been using.

Soft butter is the best
We have been using the Silvermark Butter Boat as soon as we could wash it after unpacking our box. It works just as the description said. It is so wonderful to be able to spread butter insteard of breaking chunks off the cube. Love it!
